This book light was purchased by my daughter for use with her Nook. Works great. Can also be used on regular books, hardcover or paperback. I like that the flashlight has two brightness settings. Ideal for reading in bed at night, traveling in the car or plane, or any other low-light environment. The light arm is very flexible. It's very easy. It hasn't had enough time to see how long the batteries last, but we love that it uses AAA batteries instead of button cells, as we often have AAA batteries in our spare box.
