I run a few kilometers at night. I love these reflective stripes. I bought two pairs - one for ankles and one for biceps. They really make me feel safe. Cars over a hundred feet can see me. They turn off their bright lights (and we all know how annoying it can be when they don't) and give me a few feet more space. I can't say how long the batteries actually last compared to the advertised ones. As a backup, I continue to wear my old regular non-battery operated reflective anklets in addition to my current ones in case the batteries run out midway through! The product is really highly recommended and great for the price.
