I previously purchased this from Muscle Feast as Micellar Casein 4lbs (unflavoured) at Revain and loved the product but unfortunately this batch of 'Hardcore' is very different. The other batches I used were thick - expected with casein but not THAT thick. This product turns into an immobile slurry with 8 ounces of milk (the amount I used to drink in old batches of thin) and never fully mixes. I shake it as hard as I can for a few minutes and there are still tiny globs of casein left to chew on. I am unsure of the difference between hardcore and regular micellar casein as both labels and container look exactly the same but I will never buy the hardcore version again. don't wait to go through this stack so I can go back to my old favorite. EDIT: I thought my last purchase might have been an accident since the texture was so wrong, so I bought another batch and was willing to return them if they were the same. I was pleasantly surprised that it was uphill this time! Normal texture of casein and doesn't turn into a goo that sticks to the bottom of the cup! I'm not sure what's wrong with the last batch I ordered, but this time I'm very pleased!
