I decided on a different straightening iron and straightened my slightly wavy hair with it. I then ran this straightener through my hair and it was STILL stuck mid shaft pulling out about 8 strands of hair. This junk is going BACK. You shouldn't be allowed to sell things that can damage your hair that much. I'm so upset
