Bought as a second monitor for work. Image and video on Samsung is not as clear as on my other LG27 IPS monitor which is cheaper than Samsung. Samsung needs some calibration to get close to the LG27 IPS quality. The text display is better on the Samsung than on the LG. Also, the curve is easier on the eyes when viewing text. Samsung's curved monitor's viewing angle isn't as good as LG's. It doesn't really matter because I don't use it to watch movies. Another annoying thing about this Samsung monitor is that sometimes it won't wake up from sleep. You have to press the joystick on the back of the monitor to wake it up. The LG27 IPS monitor does not have this problem.
