These stockings fit me perfectly. I suffer from varicose veins and after a long 12 hour shift I have severe pain and fatigue in both legs. I ordered these after my discomfort started affecting my weekends. I bought 2 medium sizes in white. They are very transparent, I was almost surprised as the previous sets I bought from another brand were very thick and opaque. They go up to my mid thigh, I'm even 5ft. Despite the appearance, they are very durable. It takes some strength to put the sock on the heel, but it's easy to pull up afterwards. They are comforting to wear and don't add extra warmth. I can definitely feel the difference, no tired legs after three 12 hour shifts. My only concern is that the grip piece on the thigh may irritate my skin, it seems to depend on how it lies (tugs). I try to make sure I pull them evenly, leaving some slack and avoiding tension, this seems to solve this problem. I just bought a few more pairs in nude. I will wear them as often as possible, I also have a pair for my mother.
