Simple details are better!
I'm 43" in my hips and 30" in my waist. I wanted the skirt to sit below the belly button and a size 12 is pretty darn perfect as I wanted it. Looks very good, the folds are clearly defined. The small straps are functional (it's a kilt) and it comes with a large safety pin and nice sharp details. It's very short, but I knew it and wanted it. I received it in black.
