Review on Metal Car Bar Grille Audio Speaker Subwoofer π Grill Cover Protector in Bluecell Black Color (10" 4 Bars) by Arnold Carrigan
Didn't climb high enough
I put 1/2" foam underneath to give it more "buoyancy"... but there still wasn't enough clearance and the speaker hit the grille. For reference got it I used the Sunset Sa-12. Powerful speaker but I will probably need a 1" washer for proper spacing. Problem is NOTHING is the right size or shape for this project. Didn't want to modify and that's it what this grill demands.
