Melted in my Roomba (high risk of fire)

What to do next I received a replacement roller and the same thing happened again. DO NOT ORDER Do not order. The plastic roller cover (the gray piece that latches it) actually melted in my room and burned my e5 on first use. This was not the case with the factory part. I contacted the company and they asked if I knew what was causing this.
