Circumstances prevented me from opening these and immediately putting them on the bed. When I was finally able to get it out of the package it was almost 3 weeks past the final return date so it's entirely my fault but those spreads shouldn't have been sent in the first place. I will never make that mistake again. As soon as I had a chance to open it I wanted to see how it looked before steaming out the wrinkles, so I laid it on the bed to take a look. Yellowing all over (as if badly stored for a very long time), especially around the folds, a very dark spot of yellowing and a black spot. If it has been stored for a long time, it should be inspected before shipment, especially before it is offered for sale. The black spot should have been noticed before packaging. I'm stuck with this now. It wasn't very expensive but I can't afford to replace it at the moment. I tried to add pictures but for some reason Amazon doesn't allow it.
