Rag Expensive!: Audio & Video Accessories

I'm new to the vinyl hobby so feel free to factor that into this review if you'd like. A lot of these brushes are designed to remove static electricity from records and I liked that it did so I decided to buy this brush at double the price of all the others. The fibers must lead to a special gold pin and conduct all static charge through the user to the floor. This process can prevent additional static electricity build-up during the cleaning process, but will NOT remove static electricity from the record. If the record has become charged, other methods are required to remove it, e.g. B. Wet cleaning or a zero-static gun. .After just a week of use, the good material on both sides of the brush has noticeably worn down. It does an excellent job of wiping dust and dirt off the surface of the record before playback and spreading most of it onto the pedestal. my player. As many other users have noticed, the protective cover used to protect the brush and shake off dust after each use is very easy to detach and fall off. This is very frustrating - especially for the price. I do not recommend this product - you can spend a lot less on the same task and buy a new record for what this brush is worth.
