The ease of using this program, it's ability to track multiple employees at one time makes for less paperwork! It also allows you to set up recurring timesheets which saves even more paper work. I wish there was a way to have different color backgrounds or fonts so that when printed out they aren't all black and white. If your looking into a system like this make sure its compatible with whatever other programs you are currently using (i.e. Outlook). We were able to streamline our processes and reduce how much we had to spend printing documents.
