These bags will not stick together because they didn't seal the seams with enough glue. It looks like they tried to save money on glue but it didn't work because the bags didn't hold together. When I was able to use some of the packages, some of them started falling apart when the package was handed over to the recipient. So I would say don't waste your money, buy better bags. You may have to spend an extra $1 or $2 for the best ones when using these bags, even to keep some as party favor bags. They won't work! Add some more glue. Save some money by spending a little more for the best.
