Anyone who buys tricky gadgets like headphones, microphones, controllers, etc. knows what I'm talking about. So, I will tell you that I bought this product a few years ago and I waited until recently to give my review. - This microphone is impressive. - When I bought this mic I had a dream of posting Xbox gameplay comments for games like COD and Halo and I needed a cheaper option with superior quality. I was a kid in high school and sacrificing quality for price was the harshest reality I had to face, so cost efficiency became the name of the game and my goodness, I enjoyed this mic! I am currently in my (hopefully) final year of college. and this mic is now a desktop product in many different rooms, it's EASY to adjust and any space you need is FULLY guaranteed by the importance of the mic in your setup (but if you're wondering, it's about the same desk space as a router naturally takes up more space due to the vertical height). In terms of quality, I'm still happy with the price I paid. It's crystal clear and my mouth doesn't need to be around it at all. Now it's mostly used for Skype calls with friends (old dreams, they die really hard don't they?) and I can easily hear the clearest voice on EVERY call. Of course I believe that there are without a doubt better mics out there with a better pickup that will easily outperform this mic, this device is on par and does more than just 'get the job'. - You can leave this microphone on. Your desk is away from your face and you don't even speak into it and you are actively heard in Skype chat etc. In terms of physical quality, this mic is still close to the condition in which I received it! The cable is thick and extremely durable, the plastic of the "snowball" could get scratched if I was careless, but it's tough and I don't see it ever getting any bigger than it's labeled (I don't see any cracks or cracks). holes ). . The weakest part of the mic is the bottom stand it sits on and I'm just saying this to fully inform you what its weakest part is before you buy the product (the bottom stand is in no way defective or weak, it is only the least powerful part with a small margin) - I highly recommend purchasing a pop filter with this product to keep the sound crystal clear. This is only if you plan to speak into the mic (which, as I said above, isn't even necessary) to keep your voice clear and reduce potential damage from saliva flow. When you buy a Blue Snowball microphone, you buy it for life. You won't need a replacement for the rest of your life. This is quality and deserves my approval. - Wiggle
