I love this protein powder. I have ordered this brand several times. This time I ordered the concentrate instead of the isolate, thinking it was also lactose free. My fault, not Muscle Feast, I just didn't read the labels carefully enough. The concentrate contains some lactose. My stomach growls a little, but not much. If you are lactose intolerant, I would recommend grass-fed whey isolate. I am very happy with this brand and will be ordering from them in the future. I like the consistency, it's clean and blends well with no lumps. I usually use a Ninja blender for blending, but I've used gym blender bottles and it works great. I buy unflavored because I like to mix it with almond milk, banana, blueberries and some lactate chocolate ice cream. Muscle tight, tight.
