I am 5'11 and also small and I received the dress and I like that it fits
In my opinion this dress is SHORT. I'm 5'11 and also petite and I received the dress and I love the fit but not the length. It only covers the bottom so I'm going to take it to the seamstress and add another layer of ruffles, I don't have permission to pull the hem down. If you're tall like me, be careful. Otherwise super cute basic LBD.
