The pink and white paper poufs are very small, difficult to inflate and look messy. Therefore, you must carefully pull each tassel out of its larger shell. Ideally they should come out one at a time, but that doesn't happen. Two or three tassels stick together and the fringes get tangled. We lost quite a bit of fringes trying to untangle them. almost not long. You can hardly wrap it around the center of the tassel, let alone attach it to the banner strip. The "Happy Birthday" sign and chain of small gold circles are sooo tangled. I planned to spend an hour decorating before the surprise party. These were the only decorations other than the helium balloons that my husband took care of. and hung up before the guest of honor arrived. It was stressful and absolutely NOT WORTH THE TIME AND ENERGY. If you buy them, you should set aside at least an hour to devote them to these decorations alone. You have to take your time, be gentle and patient.
