I had a problem with my order and the customer service was really great. They took care of my problem quickly and efficiently. I recommend! So far, so good! I have bought other floating charm bracelets and was disappointed but this one is really well made. The jar is thick, the lid is screwed, so you don't have to worry about the key rings falling out. The closure of the bracelet is also very secure. I have smaller wrists and a size 7 fits me well, but it doesn't have much room, so if you like a looser fit, you can go up a size. Really like this!
