I wanted to test the durability of this patch, so instead of wiping the injection site with alcohol, I bathed it with oils and stuff. The patch didn't even twist, there was no peeling or anything else. I'm so glad I don't have to call Dexcom about prematurely deactivating my sensor. He stayed throughout the session. It's super thin and flexible. The only problems; a weird way to put it on and a slightly weird and painful way to take it off (less than medical tape, more than sim patches). Losing weight wasn't so bad. I had to go slower than usual because it's very thin and difficult to grab unless the rim is peeled off (like you're a can and that's a nutrition fact). In general I like it. I stay with this brand. Note: If it's too painful, fold the edge over slightly and spray the area between the removed portion and your skin with something like Eaze Off (adhesive patch and tape remover or release agent). Exfoliating slowly between sprays really helps remove the band-aid with less pain.
