Overall this is a great high compression sports bra. I bought XL and have 36DD. The fit is firm but not uncomfortable. I've been able to get my workout done on the Ellipse and things aren't out of place. The fabric itself wicks sweat well but can be a bit difficult to remove if the fabric gets really wet. However, I felt comfortable enough to run in 90 degree weather. There are pads, but I immediately removed them. There is a small hole that allows you to take them out or put them in as you like and the pads are the right size (I just don't need a pad).
