Purchased for my 2009 DRZ400SM which I have fitted an 18/21 off road wheel set. I haven't had a bad feeling with my bike, but I've dropped it a lot since I've been riding off-road and thought I should probably do my best to tighten the handlebars. I wasn't sure if I would notice a difference, but I was wrong. This greatly affected the feel of the bike both off-road and on-road. There's a lot more feel in the bars and I feel more confident and in control. I feel like I can pick an off-road line and be 100% sure I'll hit it. The vibration didn't increase either and for $16 it was an amazing mod.
