Brush your teeth, rinse a few times and brush your teeth, let the foam sit in your mouth and it will definitely make them a shade brighter. If you want your teeth to be 2 or 3 shades lighter, go to the dentist, get a splint and buy Opalescence 20% bleach, although you have to keep it in your mouth for half an hour along with the splint. This toothpaste works when you want to see an immediate improvement. Definitely a big improvement, although not a huge one, and I've heard horror stories about people using bleach. Plus, it works on plaque, which bleach doesn't. This product is a win-win situation.
