I liked Elago's original case for the Siri remote because it fit my hands perfectly, had a good strap, and allowed me to attach the remote to a mini-fridge or magnetic board when not in use or lay in bed. So I was dying to have this one once Apple released the new 2021 model. Much better in many ways, especially now that the new navigation wheel/pad gets rid of the only annoyance in the old Elago case that I had to wiggle the rubber band around the trackpad to fast forward/rewind 10-15 seconds (although they could) . I can't do anything with that) because it had to be part of the device Don't accidentally hit it. This is the remote case you want to add for protection.
