Very cheap components but they work.

I created a battery using Samsung 25R 18650s and 30a JBD BMS. Despite everything, this charger does not exceed 150 W of charging power. I highly doubt it's really 4 amps. The internal components are very cheap quality and flat soldered, but the price is low so I guess that's to be expected.

Pros

LED tips. The LED indicator turns red when charging and green when charging is complete. This is an automatic charger that will shut off after completing a charge cycle to prevent overcharging.
