Review on Fosmon Five Speaker Theater Plate by Nick Ross

I really liked the idea of getting all five speakers in one set for my 5.1 surround sound and couldn't find any options other than these. The only thing that really let me down was that they made the embossed part of this wall panel larger than the standard panel. This isn't a problem if you want to install it separately, but I placed it in a different group in a double box with HDMI and CAT6 ethernet connections. Then I tried to cover two rectangular boxes with a double lid and found that this one is bigger than the standard box and the plate doesn't fit! The only other minor complaint is that it's a little tricky to connect ten 16AWG speaker wires to the back of this panel. I was able to do this, but going forward I will choose a standard sized plate with fewer connections per aisle. I could easily mount a triple box and save myself this problem if I knew it wouldn't fit on a standard sized rectangular lid.
