As someone who prefers to sit cross-legged (it's better for your back if you do it right), I was excited to stumble across this chair. There weren't any reviews yet, but I decided to give it a go and take the plunge. This chair is definitely easier to sit cross-legged on than a regular task chair, and it wasn't difficult to put together. My only complaint is that the chair is too high for me to sit comfortably with my knees under the table (not necessarily the chair's fault); there is no backrest, which makes sitting uncomfortable; and I would rather have the seat itself flush with where you put your feet (I somehow fixed that by removing the seat entirely). Overall, I'd say that while there's room for improvement, it wasn't a bad buy, especially when the other versions I've found cost more than $600.
