They get the job done on casters with legs
Screws and a screwdriver. One problem: when the screw goes through the hole in the wood, one time it reaches the other side of the tree, it doesn't quite line up with the 2nd hole in the bracket. So the 2 holes don't line up. It was the same for all 4 brackets. But they still work and they've done their job.
