Will not fit my 2019 F350

I ordered this after searching Ford PN. As you can see in the photo, the collar has a significant distance from the standard receiver. While it's slightly better than the collarless version I started with, I'm still looking for an overall better fit. I use this for my Kuat bike mount and the combo still has quite a bit of rotational play. If I get a chance I'll try attaching my hitch to it to see if that makes it more stable.
