It was an absolutely superb lamp. Actually two lamps because the bed has two sides and we needed a lamp on both sides. The bulbs arrived quickly, the price was great, installation was easy and the bulbs work great. But here's the thing: the lamp description says it comes with a 3-way lamp. Maybe that's a silly nitpick, but imo when someone ships a bulb with a bulb, the expectation is that the bulb will actually MATCH the bulb! One of the lamps came with a compact fluorescent lamp that WILL NOT FIT INTO THE LAMP! The harp around the lamp is too small to fit in your CFL lamp. (In case it matters, the harp also doesn't fit the LED bulb I had. It fits the standard 50/100/150 incandescent bulb that we're all hoping for, but unfortunately they're on the endangered species list .Another story.) There In the second lamp there was no bulb at all. Which perhaps suggests they're in the business of false advertising is preferable to the rush to send a bulb that doesn't match the bulb it's packaged with. At least I feel like I'm buying from annoying guys who don't keep their promises, rather than idiots who don't bother to check that lightbulb fits lightbulb. But seriously, I don't care, I have all the lightbulbs I want in my closet. But those geniuses - the damn lamp salesmen - didn't even bother to make sure their bulbs matched the lamp they shipped IN THE SAME BOX? This isn't advanced math, folks.
