Little is enough when applying. One pump can completely cover my face. It absorbs quickly but leaves a dewy finish on my skin so may not be suitable for those who don't like shine. Sunscreen doesn't leave white marks because it's a chemical sunscreen. The active ingredient is retinol, which has made my skin a bit more sensitive in the past and I haven't noticed any sensitivity with daily use of this product. My skin may have become sensitive to retinol since using other retinol products in my daily skincare routine. I love that they combined the retinol day cream with the SPF as sun protection is a must with retinol creams. In general, a good cream, after which my skin becomes comfortable and soft.
