Bought 4 sets on my review.
I bought teal blue for 2 windows in 2 rooms (4 total). They do keep a lot of the light out but not all. The rooms have a beautiful blue tint to them during the day. I have 2 other "black out" curtains in another room, another brand, that are not nearly as good as these ones. I would buy more of these. If I needed a dark room during the day I'd add some black fabric on the back.
