Great tutorial

I don't really like useless tutorials, but it's definitely not a gimmick. Steel balls let you do several things. First, they force you to accelerate through impact. If you don't, the ball won't go anywhere and you'll double-tap it. As you should know (in case you don't know), one of the keys to consistency in golf is avoiding slowing down before the shot. This will solve this problem on the putting green. Second, they force you to hit the ball in the center of the racquet face. If you don't, you'll feel the grip flexing one way or the other in your hands depending on the type of false shot. Constant contact with the center surface and a sure shot at impact ensure consistent distance and speed. Third, and perhaps most objectively, these steel balls create a short swing. This is done by the player hitting the put while accelerating. Unless you shorten your swing, hit the ball a mile past the cup during play. It took me a while to get used to the short, fast swing on the faster green, but I'm sure it's better to have a shorter swing. Shorter swings have less time to go bad. Shorter turns are easier to repeat. The same applies to irons, wedges and woods. I highly recommend this product. I love the portability so much that I buy a set for my bag and have a "practice in the living room" set at home.
