Both came with bent and scratched picks. The box is made of chintz and they are covered on the inside with a thin layer of plastic that is open at one end. No wrapping to protect them from scratches or bending other than that thin layer of cardboard on the outside and a thin layer between each of the stands. I find when assembled they look cheap. They can be quite strong due to the nylon straps that hold the tubes together at the top, but other than that they don't look very well made. They're only half the price of the really good ones. Like the Whitmore brand I've ordered in the past. The price went from 25 to 35, I thought it was worth it. Spend more money and get the best luggage rack.
