I have no idea why there are four stars. The cellular phone. After two months, the 16 GB of memory is all that matters, and adding more won't help. Under ideal lighting conditions, a front-facing camera may capture a photo with 3–4 megapixels of resolution. After waiting for three months, the screen suddenly displayed a blue dot. I took it to a Samsung service center, where they replaced the screen for free under warranty; a doctor's diagnosis confirmed my suspicion that the company is afflicted. They wouldn't accept the phone back when I asked to return it. There's a dreadful force at work today, slowing down the phone, and I can't wait to be rid of it. The model's lone saving grace is its enormous battery. Now consider that.
