I took it for a 4.5 mile walk today and am more than happy with this purchase. I have been following the diet and exercise program and lost weight but the extender belt made the belt fit comfortably around my current waist. The extension strap can be removed, but you can still adjust it to fit your waist. The velcro front pocket easily fits my iPhone 8+ and has a hotspot when using wireless earbuds or headphones. There is a large zip pocket (two zips open left or right) for your ID, money, credit/membership cards and other items to take with you during your workout. Another thing I really like is that it fits nicely under my shirt so it's not as noticeable. I wear it with a pocket in front, but you can put it in any position you want. Good product!
