Fork prongs broke trying to eat cucumber slices

UPDATE: Found another fork with a broken prong. i will throw everything away **************** Everything was fine until one of the tines of the fork broke while my son was trying to eat a cucumber (cut into thin medallions). Luckily we caught him before we fed our baby. Not durable at all.
