I have had this collar on for over a month now and most of the collars I put on my Doberman have not even lasted a week. He finds a way to remove them and chew them. that's why i bought this one. He didn't take it off or chew it. It still pulls when I take it for a walk, but this collar doesn't look like it's going to strain one bit. It rotates a lot, but I think most do. it's just more eye-catching with this collar design. I love everything. Highly recommended. I'm not sure if it's real leather, but it's holding up as is.
