I received the chair and unpacked it. Everything there seemed to be in good order, but there were no instructions anywhere. The assembly didn't look too complicated, but there were 2 screws of the same size but different lengths. I was worried about cracking the chair's wood or tearing the leather if I put long screws in the wrong cap nuts. I emailed the company and quickly received a standard email. It asked for missing part numbers that would have been listed in the instructions and lots of other information. I sent back everything I could and let them know I didn't know if any parts were missing because there were NO INSTRUCTIONS to show parts and numbers. All they had to do was email me a simple set of instructions and that was it. So far (it's weekend) it's been a few days and I haven't received any email contact from them yet. I finally figured out the assembly and the chair looks and works well, but not thanks to the manufacturer's support.
