Tried this item years ago at the urging of an Ulta saleswoman and said it was the best on the market. Unfortunately, it is absolutely NOT then and now! I was hoping that the formula would be improved or that maybe I just got a bad formula the first time, but no. This stuff is awful, it's thick, lumpy and streaky. It didn't matter if I used a softer brush (I tried 5 different angled brushes) or a different stroke (short staccato vs. long, solid strokes), it always came out streaky. Another thing is that the color is too dark and I have jet black hair! This material looked like I used a piece of charcoal from a barbecue pit to draw on the eyebrows. In fact, I'd rather have no eyebrows at all than use that again. I also bought the Whiz Definer Pencil and that turned out to be crap too. It goes on with little to no color and only enough pressure to pluck the hairs out, which FULLY FUCKS the purpose of filling them in. So both are coming back and I will never use anything from that brand again.
