Advantages: Everything you need to place your remains in the pendant is right in the package. I like the way it looks. It's simple, but totally my style. Delivery was very fast! Cons: I'm not a fan of the internet so I gave up. This is personal preference only. The pad used to attach the hanger to the chain is a pinch pad. I'm changing it to a soldered one asap because I don't want to risk it if it comes loose.
