Very cute and soft, good for rain
When I bought the first one, the stitching was loose and there was a hole where the teeth had been. So I had to go back and order a brand new one. Luckily it was available. The material is soft, not like a noisy raincoat. I wish he had a tail like dinosaurs but cute nonetheless. We have used it once so far. I will update after a few uses. My son who was 26 pounds and 36 inches tall ordered 3t to live a few years.
