It's like the bracelets we wore in middle school to brag about to our friends. Each color meant something sexy. This one. They don't glow at all. I bought these to replace my stash as I was running low. They don't stretch, they don't shine, and they're so brittle they can't hold up a ponytail no matter how much hair you have.
