The first purchased was excellent. It was cold and lasted about 8 months with constant day and night use. 5 Star Chill takes about 15-20 minutes. Then it stopped getting cold and the corners got hard, but I really took advantage of it and bought another one. The second only got a little cold and the slight cool down lasted less than 5 minutes over the course of a month of not very happy use. it stopped even getting a somewhat cool 1 star.
