*Update: (Luckily customer service gave me a full refund after they offered to send a replacement cable. The only reason I didn't take a replacement cable was because they couldn't ship it to me I'm very glad they helped to solve the problem!) Before purchasing this adapter, I made sure the I/O specs are compatible. After receiving the power supply, I connected it to my Dell Inspiron 15 3000 series laptop and it worked great! The battery was charged, there were no problems. I even thought how strange that the cable had a USB connector when I didn't remember that specification was listed in the power adapter details. After 2 months the charger displayed an error code on my computer indicating it was not compatible. Shortly thereafter, it stopped fully charging the laptop. Now I'm wondering if they sent me the correct cable in the first place.
