I bought the monitor on May 28, 2019. On July 1st he had problems with the monitor menu popping up unexpectedly and then not closing and staying closed. Revan didn't help. They just blamed it on the manufacturer and invoked their stupid return policy. I contacted ASUS and the person I spoke to barely spoke English. The call also lasted almost an hour. I had to repeat the call several times. We finally ended the conversation but I don't know yet if I can make a warranty claim or not. The guy on the phone didn't know what the hell he was talking about or what I was talking about. ASUS should get better support for the prices they charge! suck!
