Too unstable to use as a webcam. I have a bar table that is more wobbly than a regular table. Any slight vibration is amplified when it reaches the phone or camera attached to the end of the gooseneck. There is no damper that slows down the movement. Even when attached to a more salable traditional table, this is a problem as any light touch makes it dance. If you need to use it, you can gently fix it with your hand and be careful not to hit or touch the table during use. Even the movement of air makes it tremble. For my purposes, I was looking for something better than a tripod for my desktop, but this webcam stand doesn't work. I need something for professional work meetings and using a shaky camera tripod would be unprofessional.
