It smells good, but you must be wondering if these things are necessary because if your toilet smells bad then you are a dirty, unsanitary person, period. Whether it masks bad smells I don't know because my toilet has no right to get close to the smell of slop. In addition, the blue tablets produce coarse blue residues and particles in standing eau de toilette, which only dissolve with the next rinse. In other words, it doesn't completely dissolve but creates a "material". Yay. Of course you then wash it off because it looks disgusting and you can't smell it anymore. Half a good idea, bad product. For some reason I thought it might create a lingering scent in the room like a real deodorant, but it doesn't.
