NOT COTTON NOT LINEN
This is the second skirt I'm buying, the first was brick red. It fits great and it's cotton underwear. After the first one I wanted a different color and ordered a purple (not purple) dark purple. Color just right, length and fit just right. The hem and lining are exactly the same as the red ones (my first purchase. BUT IT IS 100% POLYESTER, it's not linen cotton! Live with it. Hopefully the 3rd in black on the way is cotton.
