Review on DVKNM Upgrade Backup Camera Monitor Kit by Guillo Tilden

I got the last Christmas b Just installed. All labels on the monitor are upside down. The parking lines on the screen are also reversed. Anyone from DVKNM please contact me regarding this issue. The monitor is installed correctly, the buttons are at the bottom. Is this an installation error or a monitor problem? They contacted me about removing my review and saying they switched manufacturers so they are aware of the issue but only offering me a $10 discount. If you know of an issue, send me a new block and I'll write another review and delete it. I will ship this faulty block back to you when I receive a new block and install it to make sure it works properly. Many Thanks
