The stand itself is worth the money.
Great big 28 inch monitor, muffled audio (my laptop speakers sound much better) and the stand are the best things about this monitor. button in addition to the power button to turn it on), but the stand raises, lowers, tilts, and even rotates. Nice upgrade for my 22 inch Samsung used for business and graphics. I haven't tried 4k yet.
